AUTUMN’S KEEPER
In this work, a solitary, almost mythical figure moves through a season of abundance and change. Statuesque and timeless, she evokes the ancient rhythms of life - birth and rebirth, transformation and renewal, the perpetual movement between what has been and what is still becoming.
She walks alone, but she is not alone. There is a certainty in her presence, a knowing that she carries and creates with love, releases with grace and begins again.
In this surrender, new seeds are forming. Upon her head, a basket of abundance; yet there is a sense that she carries something more, perhaps the possibility of new life.
Around her, trees dissolve into rich layers of ochre, russet and gold, their luminous colour intensifying as the season begins to turn.
Autumn’s Keeper is a reflection on gratitude, transformation and the grace of embracing new beginnings.
This is the enduring nature of love: through every season, every transformation, every letting go and every new beginning, love endures.
